- Senior Procurement Analyst responsible for analyzing data to identify cost reduction opportunities. Collaborating on purchasing category strategies and assisting in RFP processes for Saputo.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze relevant data to identify opportunities for cost reductions across spend categories.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to help support the creation of purchasing category strategies.
- Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and develop a consolidated overview of supplier proposals.
- Collect and analyze data on internal factors such as spend, internal business partner requirements, as well as external factors.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or other quantitative/technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- Critical problem solving, fact-based, and quantitative analysis experience.
- Proficiency in PC and business software applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Ariba system & SAP would be considered as an asset.
