  • serve as the primary liaison to clients, regulators, community groups, and partners
  • ensure transparent communication and proactive issue resolution
  • optimize personnel, funding, and technology across the program
  • monitor progress, manage risks, and establish governance frameworks and KPIs for benchmarking
  • enhance processes and integrate lessons learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Advanced degree, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
