Responsibilities
Support the Global HSW Director in building and maturing Arcadis' global Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy.
Develop and implement engagement and learning strategies to enhance HSW maturity, drive behavioural change, and promote individual accountability across Arcadis.
Drive behavioral change to enhance HSW maturity. Partner with people, operations, and other departments to embed HSW engagement and learning initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance HSW maturity and align with Arcadis’s vision.
Identify key HSW risks and trends to inform HSW strategies and programmes.
Design and deliver programs and resources to foster individual accountability and ownership of HSW practices among employees.
Create impactful initiatives that reinforce Arcadis’s commitment to HSW and drive behavioural change.
Partner with the marketing and communications team to embed HSW messaging in global communications.
Produce and disseminate HSW materials tailored to regional needs across various platforms.
Collaborate with regional HSW directors to address engagement and learning gaps through targeted initiatives.
Global development of HSW training to enhance HSW maturity.
Lead and manage statutory HSW training programs as part of the Cority roadmap.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in learning and engagement
Certification in any Health, Safety and/or Wellbeing field is preferable
Proven track record in designing and delivering engagement and learning strategies within a global organization.
Experience in communications, employee engagement, and behavioural change initiatives
Demonstrate leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose
Storytelling skills to create impactful resources and messaging
Project management expertise to coordinate global campaigns, resources and training programs
Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and analyse program effectiveness.
