Responsibilities
- Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Directly manage and guide our team of UI/UX Designers and Web Designers (Implementers), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Be the Team Mentor: Your primary role is to develop talent. You will be responsible for the professional growth of each team member through consistent, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and identifying training opportunities.
- Orchestrate the Full Lifecycle: Own and optimize the entire workflow, ensuring a seamless handoff from the design phase (Figma) to implementation on WordPress, Salla, Zid, and Shopify.
- Process Improvement: Build and refine our internal processes (e.g., Design Systems, technical SOPs) to increase efficiency and quality.
- Design for Conversion: Drive the team to create user experiences that are not only beautiful but are engineered to sell. Ensure every design choice is backed by CRO best practices.
- User-Centric Guard: You are the ultimate guardian of the user experience, ensuring it is seamless, intuitive, and friction-free.
- The Bridge: Act as the primary technical link between the design and web teams, translating creative concepts into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Ultimate Quality Owner: You are accountable for the final quality of both the UI/UX design and the pixel-perfect, bug-free implementation on the web.
Requirements
- At least **4+ **years of proven experience.
- **T-Shaped Professional:** You have deep expertise in UI/UX Design and a strong, practical understanding of front-end implementation and its limitations on platforms like WordPress (Elementor), Salla, Zid, and Shopify.
- **A Natural Mentor & Leader: **You don't just manage; you teach and inspire. You have a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and find satisfaction in seeing your team members grow and succeed.
- **The Mindset:** You possess a CRO & Performance Mindset. You understand that a great design is useless if it cannot be built efficiently and effectively.
