About the role

  • Quality Manager responsible for audits within Pensions Administration business. Ensures quality assurance and compliance in the organization's operational delivery activities.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular internal audits relating to the quality of administration
  • Assess, measure and grade each audit in line with documented guidelines
  • Ensure audit scope and activities comply with documented standards
  • Contribute to monthly QA&A Leadership reports
  • Provide full report to client operations teams within 3 weeks of completion
  • Suggest improvements to business practices
  • Assist Senior Quality Manager with production of monthly reviews

Requirements

  • Pensions Industry experience
  • Experience in Pensions Management
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and core activities
  • Audit, review and quality experience including audit report writing
  • Detailed knowledge of technical administration activities
