About the role

  • Sales Support Manager helping clients maximize opportunities at a high-growth CPA and advisory firm. Supporting strategic sales pursuits and developing impactful sales collateral for B2B services.

Responsibilities

  • Pursuit Support
  • Develop thorough understanding of Aprio’s services and the leaders of different industry groups and service lines
  • Organize and participate in pursuit team meetings for strategic pursuits
  • Educate deal owners across the firm regarding what tools are available to support their pursuits
  • Advise pursuit teams about best practices
  • Manage development of key pursuit proposals with strong attention to detail with high sense of urgency
  • Assist service line leaders with the development and maintenance of proposal templates in Word and PPT
  • Support creation of placemats, slide decks and other materials for meetings
  • Ensure quality of meeting materials and proposals
  • Ensure service sales materials are kept up to date in the sales tool library
  • Manage US and off-shore resources to develop and QC proposals and other meeting materials

Requirements

  • CRM:Knowledge of Hubspot helpful
  • Microsoft Suite: Strong Word, PPT and Excel skills, Canva a plus
  • Task Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Create timelines and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Sales support: 5 years of experience in B2B sales support, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of independently closing deals
