About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organization, coordination and responsibility: Sales
  • I.e., no cold calling but handling and nurturing existing contacts and leads
  • Implementation of the POS area (possibly including retail)
  • Support in team management
  • With attention to certain controlling aspects (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founded, managed, or sold a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
  • Awareness of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, both professionally and mentally
  • Comfort with digital workflows and tools — enthusiasm for working in the online world and using its tools
  • Self-reliance, a positive attitude & optimistic mindset
