About the role

  • People, Culture, and Happiness Manager leading talent acquisition for a mobile tech company. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance candidate experience and drive hiring efforts globally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process which starts with defining the roles, personas, and skills required with relevant stakeholders and continue with meticulous sourcing, determining the skills-fit and culture-add, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
  • Own hiring and onboarding related procedures
  • Work with all functions and prepare outstanding job descriptions that make people want to be a part of our teams
  • Be the voice of our people, share the happiness, let the world know about what we offer
  • Ensure our candidates and stakeholders have positive hiring experiences regardless of the outcomes
  • Partner with various business leaders and hiring managers in driving the hiring forward. Remove roadblocks as needed
  • Continually develop and reassess our overall recruitment strategies
  • Remain up-to-date on our business and industry trends
  • Help with onboarding new team members
  • Develop and implement employer branding and performance management strategies
  • Coordinate with our talent partners around the world to ensure a smooth candidate experience regardless of the timezones

Requirements

  • You are a curious investigator and researcher for the best of the best who is an expert on creating interconnected relationships between people with different backgrounds and expertise.
  • 5+ years of experience of full-cycle talent acquisition at a tech startup, preferably experience with executive search or recruitment
  • Ability to understand and build on the relationship between people at a startup and the business model
  • Experienced with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
  • Good command of online collaboration tools such as Trello or Asana
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing, mobile gaming, or mobile advertising companies with strong business acumen and proactive communication skills
  • Very organized work discipline with attention to detail
  • Be a self-starter with a proven track record of personal accountability, excellent work ethic, and integrity
