Senior Agile Coach guiding and mentoring teams in the adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies. Supporting multiple ventures aiming to create engaging experiences for app users worldwide.
Responsibilities
Train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices, and work with them to translate these into practical ways of working.
Improve inter-team communication and collaboration, and strengthen leaders’ ability to mentor and motivate team members.
Support senior leadership in designing scalable, flexible, and outcome-focused organizational operating systems.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos when needed.
Help teams enhance project management by setting up processes, creating effective Kanban boards, and identifying and removing roadblocks.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new ways of working, including adopting new AI use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives.
Adapt and implement the most suitable solution for each challenge in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way, without strict adherence to a single Agile or Lean paradigm.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach across multiple projects and companies.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks, applied pragmatically to improve collaboration in large tech teams and deliver measurable impact.
Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile and Lean practices.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Scrum Master or related Agile certifications, and Lean certification, are a plus.
Experience working in an international, English-speaking tech environment, ideally during start-up or scale-up phases.
