About the role

  • Assistant Franchise Manager responsible for franchise operations in Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia. Focusing on sales strategy development and store performance alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive the sales performance for franchise businesses in the Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia.
  • Analyze sales performance and review sales targets to achieve targets/KPI.
  • Place, recommend, and follow up the orders.
  • Follow closely with CS for all orders/B2B requests.
  • Build a strong and sustainable relationship with the partners.
  • Opening preparation and setup.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure store operations, such as in-store VM, are set up timely and align with brand guidelines.
  • Frequent travel within the designated area is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the luxury jewelry, fashion, or beauty industry.
  • Self-motivated, have a high multitasking capacity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Senior-level candidates may also be considered for the manager title.
