About the role

  • Procurement Services Associate managing procurement transactional processes at Nestlé. Ensuring timely goods receipt, purchase requisitions, and compliance with sourcing methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all transactional processes and documents for procurement
  • Processing Creating Purchase Requisitions
  • Monitoring timely receipt of Goods Receipt and ensuring accuracy in GR Postings
  • Follow up on PO Creation
  • Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
  • Compliance Ensure Quality of data including required terms and conditions
  • Ensure that PRs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
  • Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
  • Ensure that POs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
  • Ensure all GRs are created on time and before the invoices
  • Optimization Lead on enhancement projects to improve our KPIs, KRIs and NPS
  • Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team
  • Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationships with procurement team
  • Ability to escalate issues professionally
  • Participation in the operational reviews with the market and back up the moderates if required
  • Knowledge Acquisition Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
  • Participate in all P2P process training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Knowledgeable of PR Creation, GRs and PO creation.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Business Administration/Supply Chain/Engineering
  • Microsoft applications (Word – Excel)
  • Fluent in English language
