About the role
- Senior Business Analyst position focused on transforming lending processes at ANZ. Leading design and development efforts within the Lending Transformation Team to streamline business capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business design and development of transforming business capabilities and processes
- Supporting current state process documentation
- Lead future state process definition and documentation
- Supporting business requirement elicitation
- Facilitating working groups with key stakeholders
- Executing User Acceptance Testing
- Ensuring the project embeds BAU policy changes
- Collaborating with Commercial Governance and Group Credit Risk stakeholders
- Ensuring policy/requirements/procedure changes follow existing appropriate governance frameworks
- Working with Commercial Lend and Grow stakeholders and other Project team members
- Support and where required, facilitate the implementation of releases to end users
Requirements
- 7-10+ years banking experience in lending related roles
- 7-10+ years experience in Project delivery or Analyst profession roles
- A deep understanding of Lending and Credit processes
- Demonstrable understanding of Lending and Credit Risk systems and infrastructure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong curiosity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience balancing risk and customer experience in process reengineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
