Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including the development of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Coordinate and support the testing and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and functionalities.
- Support Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Oversee data management activities, including data migration, data quality, and data integrity.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business users.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
- Proven experience in a consulting role with exposure to user needs analysis/documentation, software development and/or market research.
- Hand on experience with Data Driven projects, strong understanding of various data domains, data analysis and data modeling.
- Demonstrated familiarity with concepts, tools, and applications, particularly in the field of Data analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with external vendors or partners.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay updated with emerging trends in tools and technologies.
