Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure environments: Windows and Linux servers, datacenter operations, cloud, networking, and telecom.
- Ability to communicate across different areas (internal IT teams and non-technical user groups).
- Basic knowledge of software development.
- Intermediate English.
- Desirable: experience with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), prototyping tools (Figma/Canvas), and data analysis (Power BI or basic SQL for extracting product metrics).
