  • TI Business Analyst working on diagnosing complex problems in critical systems. Focused on internal communication and external supplier interactions for a major airline.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose complex issues in critical systems in a timely manner, mitigating risks to airline operations.
  • Prioritize support requests by balancing incident criticality with system enhancement demands.
  • Clearly and promptly communicate the status of technical issues to non-technical stakeholders during crises or outages.
  • Interact with external system vendors (e.g., Sabre, Netline) to open and follow up on technical support tickets.
  • Strong self-discipline, teamwork, and readiness to make decisions and escalate issues.
  • Resilience to work in a critical, crisis-prone environment.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, present ideas, and coordinate projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to handle challenges and obstacles, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of programming concepts, system architecture, and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a related role.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure environments: Windows and Linux servers, datacenter operations, cloud, networking, and telecom.
  • Ability to communicate across different areas (internal IT teams and non-technical user groups).
  • Basic knowledge of software development.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Desirable: experience with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps), prototyping tools (Figma/Canvas), and data analysis (Power BI or basic SQL for extracting product metrics).
