Responsibilities
- Analyze KPIs, market trends (market and competitor monitoring) and growth potential in the central banking and payments environment, as well as customer business processes and requirements for complex solutions
- Develop strategic measures based on analysis results and derive revenue-enhancing actions in cooperation with product marketing
- Provide internal and external advisory on cash circulation, payment systems and Next-Generation Currency
- Prepare and communicate results and recommendations in an audience-appropriate manner
- Lead (sub-)projects within the area of responsibility and conduct workshops and presentations
- Support sales in pre-sales, sales and after-sales phases
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM or business/economics field, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in a similar position
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable environment with broad methodological expertise in conducting market analyses and creating forecasting models
- Analytical and strategic expertise in evaluating technologies with respect to customer requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional foreign language advantageous
- Strong communication skills (including at management level), team spirit, empathy, reliable and independent structured working style, and self-motivation
- Confident presentation skills, an outgoing manner and strong interpersonal skills
