Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or IT services
Proven track record of closing deals as an individual contributor
Resilience and drive: you stay focused in challenging situations and find solution-oriented approaches
Self-starter mentality: able to organize, prioritize, and deliver results without micromanagement
Strong communication and presentation skills — you can persuade both technical and business stakeholders
Negotiation-level proficiency in English and German
Willingness to travel within Europe
