- Provide strategic leadership and coaching across Product Owners (POs) and Technical Product Owners (TPOs)

- Own organisational product portfolio management and planning, ensuring alignment across data and platform products
- Collaborate with architecture, analytics, and AI teams, translating overarching product strategy into actionable roadmaps
- Manage budgets, ROI, total cost of ownership, and risk
- Engage with senior stakeholders for market insight and product research
- Champion a culture of health, safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in role
- Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) PSPO2 or similar are often beneficial
- Scaled Agile experience of working across multiple Agile teams
- Prior experience in product management, Agile, Scrum, DevOps modes of operation, business analysis, or a related role in software development
- Basic understanding of the technology stack, allowing effective communication with developers and understanding of potential technical constraints
- Awareness of UX principles and the value of intuitive, user-friendly designs, backed by user research and feedback mechanisms
