About the role
- Scrum Master / Agile Coach role focusing on agile process design and team support across various IT projects in Germany. Collaboration with management and mentoring new employees in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and own agile processes, and promote agile values
- Guide and manage agile transitions within organizations
- Collaborate with management
- Support new and existing development teams in implementing, establishing and optimizing Scrum
- Support and coach Product Owners, e.g. in agile product management and value optimization
- Identify and remove impediments, resolve conflicts and mitigate risks at an early stage
- Train and mentor new employees and Scrum Masters
- Deliver presentations at conferences and user groups
- Conduct trainings for clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing agile methods (e.g. as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) in complex IT projects
- Proven successes in introducing agile methods and Scrum
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build trust and rapport with agile teams and management
- Successfully completed degree
- Very good German language skills (C1)
