About the role
- Scrum Master responsible for agile process design and coaching in a high-performing team. Collaborating with management and supporting agile transitions while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Design and ownership of agile processes and promotion of agile values
- Steering and supporting agile transitions within organizations

- Guiding new and existing development teams in adopting, establishing, and optimizing Scrum
- Supporting and coaching Product Owners, e.g., in agile product management and value optimization
- Early identification and removal of impediments, conflicts, and risks
- Training and mentoring new employees (m/f/d) and Scrum Masters (m/f/d)
- Delivering presentations at conferences and user groups
- Conducting training sessions for clients
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing agile methods (e.g., as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) in complex IT projects
- Proven track record of successfully introducing agile methods and Scrum
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with agile teams and management
- Completed university degree
- Very good German language skills (C1)
