Responsibilities
Design and ownership of agile processes and promotion of agile values
Steering and supporting agile transitions within organizations
Collaboration with management
Guiding new and existing development teams in adopting, establishing, and optimizing Scrum
Supporting and coaching Product Owners, e.g., in agile product management and value optimization
Early identification and removal of impediments, conflicts, and risks
Training and mentoring new employees (m/f/d) and Scrum Masters (m/f/d)
Delivering presentations at conferences and user groups
Conducting training sessions for clients
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience implementing agile methods (e.g., as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) in complex IT projects
Proven track record of successfully introducing agile methods and Scrum
Background in software development is an advantage
Scrum Master certification
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to build trust and strong relationships with agile teams and management
Completed university degree
Very good German language skills (C1)
