About the role

  • Analyst role focused on pricing alignment and SKU mapping for Kilimanjaro programme. Supporting the migration to new CRM and ERP landscape within innovative automotive tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Kilimanjaro programme, specifically focused on mapping legacy SKUs to our new product index.
  • Ensure all pricing logic is clean, consistent, and audit-ready.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and identify mismatches, gaps, and duplicates.
  • Build clear rules, logic tables, and mapping templates that can be used by Product, Deloitte, and downstream teams.
  • Maintain a master pricing mapping file that becomes the single source of truth.
  • Align all old and new pricing, including list price, discount rules, product tiers, and NRR logic.
  • Clean, normalise, and structure large volumes of messy legacy data.
  • Document assumptions, decisions, and dependencies for handover into design and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills – dynamic arrays, MATCH/XMATCH, INDEX, LOOKUPs, Power Query, pivoting, data cleansing, conditional logic.
  • Strong data manipulation and reconciliation skills.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues or complex SKU structures.
  • Ability to build exception reporting and deviation flags within Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite is ideal, especially for understanding how SKUs, pricing rules, and product metadata flow through commercial and billing systems.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial operations, product operations, or commercial finance.
  • Understanding of SaaS pricing principles, ARR/NRR, discounting logic, and product bundling.
  • Prior involvement in pricing migrations, SKU rationalisation, or commercial model redesign is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving transformation environment.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and piecing together incomplete information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, capable of translating technical pricing logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working alongside Product, Finance, or Rev Ops teams in a B2B software environment is ideal.
