About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for selling media and gaming solutions to brands and agencies in Indonesia. Building client relationships and exceeding sales targets in a hybrid role based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly sales targets by selling in game media and virtual world brand activations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the client base across direct brands and media agencies.
  • Actively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for the Indonesia market
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies and direct clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client objectives, translating them into immersive campaign opportunities.
  • Communicate the value proposition through clear, compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Report on market trends, category insights, and competitive activity to inform client strategies.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing sales team as demand scales.
  • Support sales initiatives with operational excellence, ensuring efficiency and quality of delivery.
  • Help shape Ampverse Pixel’s product roadmap by identifying new revenue opportunities and client needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in media sales, programmatic, sponsorship, or digital advertising (gaming/media/entertainment preferred).
  • Experience in selling media solutions to both brands and media agencies
  • Familiar with ad tech ecosystem players DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks and Publishers
  • Clear and proven track record of winning new client logos
  • Knowledge of ad verification
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who has proven success in managing partner programs and driving results
  • Experience in selling tech solutions within the Ad-tech, media
  • Proven ability developing and scaling strategic sales partnerships
  • Hunter mentality with a results-driven, aggressive approach to sales.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a go-getter approach
  • Excellent network of agency and direct client relationships
  • Proven ability to own the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming landscape and broader advertising industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in building client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into business recommendations.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, and interactive entertainment is a strong plus.
