Responsibilities
Goal-oriented and independent project leadership during the proposal and sales phase, from first contact through contract award
Responsibility for the technical development and cost calculation of proposals in collaboration with a team from the relevant departments and specialists
Technical and commercial contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the operational teams
Establishing and maintaining customer and manufacturer relationships
Maintaining and analyzing proposal and customer data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)
Contributing to business development and exchanging information with local and international sales colleagues
Requirements
Successful completion of a technical degree or a business degree with a technical focus
Professional experience in sales and project acquisition in the energy sector
Confident negotiating and presentation skills
Initiative, teamwork, and technical competence
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable
