About the role

  • Support Analyst providing technical assistance to customers via online chat. Collaborating with various departments to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via online chat and deliver technical support for our services to clients.
  • Act as an intermediary between departments, promoting collaboration and implementing improvements focused on the customer experience.
  • Manage and monitor all service protocols to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to existing processes to optimize operations and enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in technical support and/or with Help Desk, ERP software, and electronic equipment is desirable.
  • Currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service management tools.
