Responsibilities
Regular on-site technical support and assistance for existing customers
Conducting test runs to identify and develop new business opportunities
Close collaboration with Area Sales Managers to develop solution-oriented sales approaches
Conducting plant and process audits and preparing structured reports with clear recommendations on problem areas and optimization potential
Active management of technically oriented customer accounts to grow business and/or defend against competitors
Requirements
Solid technical knowledge in coating technologies or a comparable chemical-technical background
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
Confident prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines reliably
Strong written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
