About the role

  • Key Account & Technical Support Specialist assisting clients with technical support and process audits. Collaborating with sales teams for business development in the coatings industry.

Responsibilities

  • Regular on-site technical support and assistance for existing customers
  • Conducting test runs to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Area Sales Managers to develop solution-oriented sales approaches
  • Conducting plant and process audits and preparing structured reports with clear recommendations on problem areas and optimization potential
  • Active management of technically oriented customer accounts to grow business and/or defend against competitors

Requirements

  • Solid technical knowledge in coating technologies or a comparable chemical-technical background
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Confident prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines reliably
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
