- Dive into sourcing top talent, spark engaging conversations with candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to make impactful hires all year long.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates for senior-level positions.
- Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs.
- Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools.
- Extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
