Requirements
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
Demonstrated experience and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates for senior-level positions.
Demonstrated track record working in and across teams to identify talent needs.
Demonstrated experience relationship-building, communication, organization, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience and comfort engaging with senior-level leaders across the organization and in candidate pools.
Extensive knowledge of clients' business strategies and objectives.
