About the role

  • Analyze and manage environmental licensing demands and architectural projects for compliance. Collaborate on compliance, reporting, and document consolidation with external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental and urban licensing requests;
  • Evaluate architectural and construction projects with a focus on legal compliance and minimizing environmental impacts;
  • Monitor operational risks and propose corrective and preventive strategies;
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain alignment with external suppliers and contractors;
  • Consolidate information and documents in the internal system.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biology, or related fields;
  • Experience with licensing processes across different administrative levels;
  • Knowledge of urban and environmental regulations;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
