Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Navy food service management
  • 1 year of formal education in food service preparation
  • Formal training in food sanitation practices and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage food safety and operational standards in high-volume environments
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
