CRM Automation Lead responsible for lifecycle marketing in one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Argentina. Leading strategy in a data-driven and high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar journeys automatizados de lifecycle: onboarding, post-compra, cross-sell, up-sell, churn, winback, entre otros.
Definir arquitecturas de automatización, triggers, reglas y segmentaciones, asegurando escalabilidad y orden operativo.
Analizar cohortes, funnels de retención y comportamiento de usuarios para detectar oportunidades de personalización y automatización.
Liderar la estrategia de experimentación y A/B testing (contenidos, timing, frecuencia y canales).
Supervisar la performance integral del canal CRM, con foco en retención, recurrencia, engagement, conversion rate y revenue.
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de CRM, definiendo buenas prácticas y lineamientos para campañas tácticas de email y WhatsApp.
Ser responsable por la calidad de las bases de datos y la correcta ejecución de campañas.
Definir KPIs del canal y trabajar de forma transversal con Marketing, Ecommerce, Data y Tecnología.
Requirements
+4 años de experiencia liderando estrategias de CRM, lifecycle marketing o marketing automation en ecommerce.
Experiencia comprobable en diseño y optimización de journeys automatizados.
Dominio de segmentación, triggers y análisis de comportamiento de usuarios.
Fuerte capacidad analítica (cohortes, funnels, métricas de retención).
Experiencia liderando o coordinando perfiles de ejecución.
Manejo de Salesforce y Marketing Cloud.
