Customer Success Specialist working with international retailers and brands on the tgndata® SaaS platform. Focused on customer retention and maximizing contract values.
Responsibilities
Join a growing Customer Success team supporting global retailers and brands using tgndata® in over 30 countries.
Guide new customers through onboarding, support their needs using our platform, and work closely with product engineers to ensure new accounts are delivered at maximum quality.
Manage a portfolio of existing international customers and work closely with Product teams to ensure their success.
Drive contract value expansion by matching platform features to customer needs.
Be the primary contact for coordination and follow-up on customer issues.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to solve problems fast.
Keep NDR and customer satisfaction high, contributing to our growth.
Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory (German is a plus).
Prior Experience in Customer Success/Support in technology company ideally SaaS.
Great at breaking down complex topics into clear, helpful answers.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to spot issues before they escalate.
Well organized and able to manage multiple customer priorities independently.
