About the role

  • Ad & Campaign Manager managing paid campaigns on social media for a well-known German fashion brand. Working with creative teams to optimize performance and visibility on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, execute & optimize social ads campaigns
  • Audience analysis, budget management & performance tracking (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with Content Creation, Design & E‑Commerce teams
  • Trend scouting: bring fresh ideas for campaigns & new platforms
  • Reporting & data-driven recommendations for future strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in paid social / ad management
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and optionally Pinterest & YouTube
  • Performance-oriented mindset, passion for KPIs, and creative input with a hands-on mentality, team-player attitude, and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the fashion/lifestyle industry is a strong plus
