About the role

  • Junior Customer Success Manager in Berlin, supporting DACH clinics to integrate AMBOSS into clinical workflows. Collaborating with medical staff to optimize the platform's use.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinics in the DACH market in the successful use of AMBOSS to improve clinical decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives to increase activation of AMBOSS licenses and trials based on license monitoring and customer analysis.
  • Set up AMBOSS access types using internal tools and coordinate with customer IT stakeholders.
  • Analyze usage and adoption patterns and derive concrete recommendations for long-term institutional success.
  • Prepare performance data for different products and user groups to support prioritization and decision-making within the team.
  • Actively participate in internal projects to drive AMBOSS’s commercial success.
  • Prioritize and handle a variety of customer inquiries to ensure retention and growth.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing and other teams to support customer initiatives and optimize internal processes.

Requirements

  • Very high proficiency in German (near-native) and good English skills, as English is our company language.
  • Ideally some first experience in Account Management or Customer Success — for example one to two years of professional experience or a relevant internship combined with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can break down complex issues clearly and communicate them appropriately for different audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across stakeholders and hierarchical levels. You combine authenticity and openness with professional competence and clear communication.
  • A structured and independent working style. You plan projects reliably and deliver high-quality results, even when topics become more complex.
  • Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers. You can interpret usage data and derive actionable insights for our customers.
  • An eye for efficiency. You actively contribute to continuously improving internal processes and materials.
