Responsibilities
Market development: Actively acquire new customers in the DACH market and support the expansion into international regions over time
Close the deal: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing
Consultative approach: Understand customers' pain points (growth, CAC/CPA, ROAS, scaling, tracking) and deliver facts rather than marketing fluff
Solution selling: Strategically position new performance offerings in the market and identify emerging demand opportunities early
Process design: Develop strategies for how we win internationally
Requirements
German & English (must-have): Native-level German and business-fluent English
Sales DNA: Whether you have 2 or 20 years of experience—you love closing deals and work independently
Straightforward communication: You communicate directly, listen actively, and are authentic
Tech affinity: You are excited about MarTech/performance environments and CRM (HubSpot)
