About the role

Responsibilities
- You manage our entire hardware fleet (laptops, smartphones, accessories) from setup to replacement
- You configure and manage mobile devices via MDM
- You administer our SaaS systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)
- You ensure security standards are maintained (e.g., MFA, password policies, updates)
- You are the first point of contact for our team for IT questions, both remote and on-site
- You work on projects such as system migrations, automations, and security upgrades
- You contribute new ideas to make our IT landscape smarter, faster, and more secure.
Requirements
- You are familiar with Windows, macOS, or both, and open to learning new technologies
- You are tech-savvy, enjoy experimenting, and find solutions when something doesn't work
- You have an eye for security and understand that strong passwords and updates are not just a nuisance but essential
- You are motivated to get involved, take responsibility, and act as the interface between various internal and external contacts
- You can communicate clearly with colleagues who don't speak German or are non-technical, as well as with other IT enthusiasts
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills to navigate software and documentation.
