About the role

  • Marketing Analyst at construction tech company overseeing digital marketing initiatives. Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to drive brand consistency and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the marketing agency's activities (paid media, social media, branding, etc.)
  • Create and organize clear, strategic briefs
  • Approve and validate plans, campaigns, and creative assets prior to publication
  • Track timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (leads, conversion, engagement, traffic, etc.)
  • Produce performance reports and present results to management
  • Recommend strategic improvements based on data
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Act as liaison with the product team and other internal departments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience managing agencies or marketing vendors
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of products and services related to the construction industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (paid traffic, SEO, social media, sales funnel)
  • Strong communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
  • Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while remaining motivated and focused on goals
  • Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed
  • Proactivity and ownership: strong sense of responsibility for results and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals
