About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst responsible for engaging users and improving product usage in the construction sector. Involved in client management and proactive support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive customer support focused on our products;
  • Responsible for driving user engagement with our products;
  • Responsible for communicating product news, updates, processes, and general company information to clients;
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customers' use of the products;
  • Continuously work on customer support and maintenance processes;
  • Manage a portfolio of clients;
  • Ensure predictive monitoring to identify pre-churn indicators;
  • Ensure retention of the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in any field; civil engineering is a plus;
  • At least 1 year of prior customer-facing experience, preferably in Customer Success (CS) or Customer Experience (CX);
  • Specific experience managing a portfolio of clients;
  • Willingness to travel frequently;
  • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Resilience: ability to handle rejection and challenges while maintaining motivation and focus on goals;
  • Flexibility: adapt to different situations and demands, adjusting approaches as needed;
  • Proactivity and ownership: strong sense of responsibility for results and willingness to take initiative to achieve goals.
