About the role
- Junior PCP Analyst at Alubar handling production planning and control tasks in São Paulo. Monitoring production, analyzing sales orders, and managing inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production of rebar and cables, performing daily uploads of the production schedule to extract information from the ERP/MRP operational system and the spreadsheets used by the company;
- Review sales orders received from the commercial department, considering quantity, product type and specifications, ensuring they are ready within the agreed deadline;
- Record sales orders in productivity summaries and analyze machine utilization, production days and consumed inputs;
- Prepare the production schedule, assess machine capacity, sequence production days, generate production orders through the ERP/MRP system and spreadsheets, and release them for execution;
- Monitor and analyze input inventory, generating purchase requests when stock falls below the minimum;
- Perform daily monitoring of process losses, analyze indicators and implement corrective actions;
- Perform daily monitoring and analysis of the aluminum rebar balance;
- Complete daily and monthly report closures.
Requirements
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
- Preferred education: Postgraduate/MBA in Business Administration, Production Management, Engineering or related areas.
- Required knowledge: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office; data analysis and Power BI.
- Preferred knowledge: Experience in production planning and control and agile methodologies.
- Required language: Advanced English
- Preferred language: French
- Availability for domestic travel
