About the role

  • Office Manager supporting leadership and team with various admin tasks at Altus Group in Frankfurt. Focused on creating an efficient workplace and maintaining employee records along with invoicing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership and team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Maintain data and employee records (vacation, sick leave, etc.)
  • Help organize internal workshops and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Partner with accounting to support monthly reporting
  • Support hiring processes (initial screenings)
  • Coordinate equipment and system access for new employees

Requirements

  • Prior office/admin experience (ideally in a corporate or professional services environment)
  • Must be fluent in English + German
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset
