About the role

  • Administrative Assistant managing client contract information and supporting administrative tasks for a technology solutions company. Involves various organizational duties to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support and digitize documents;
  • Analyze and sort received contractual information;
  • File contract documentation in an organized manner;
  • Support the manager in controlling client contractual information (commercial);
  • Perform internal controls for the contracts area;
  • Monitor costs related to contracts;
  • Assist branches with sending invoices to the tax department;
  • Support reimbursement, advance, and expense settlement requests from branches;
  • Support the scheduling and issuance of airline tickets and accommodations for branches;
  • Manage vehicle fleet controls, including tracking branch mileage;
  • Support administrative requests from branches and the head office;
  • Assist the technical team with inventory checks and create purchase requisitions for Delivery and branches;

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
  • Organizational skills;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Communication skills;
