Responsibilities
Design of web graphics for the entire digital presence (online shop, website, newsletters, social media).
Creation of promotional and campaign banners (e.g., sales, new product launches, seasonal campaigns).
Design of social media content (paid and organic) in the brand's look and feel.
Development of newsletter layouts and creative headers.
Optional: Production of short videos or animated snippets for ads and social media.
Support in UX optimization of landing pages (layout, visual guidance, conversion elements).
Ensuring a consistent visual language and brand aesthetic across all channels.
Use of modern design tools & AI technologies (e.g., Canva, Adobe CC, Figma, MidJourney, Gemini).
Requirements
Degree or completed training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in digital graphic design / e-commerce design.
Strong proficiency in Canva Pro.
Some experience in UX/UI design for landing pages and conversion-optimized web design.
Creativity and a good sense for trends, modern design, and brand aesthetics.
Independent, structured working style with a high standard of quality.
Team player eager to collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance teams.
Basic understanding of equine (horse-related) topics.
Optional: Knowledge of motion design / video editing for short social media formats.
