About the role

  • Workday HCM Solutions Architect leading federal implementations at Alpha Omega. Collaborating with HR and IT to drive Workday adoption and enhance system functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Define Workday HCM architecture and business processes
  • Provide strategic direction on Workday implementations and enhancements
  • Oversee tenant configuration, security, and integration architecture
  • Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to drive Workday adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of overall technical experience, working with ERP systems in an enterprise level environment
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation and solution design experience
  • Expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Security
  • Experience leading large-scale Workday deployments
  • Required Workday Certification(s)
