- Provide strategic direction on Workday implementations and enhancements
- Oversee tenant configuration, security, and integration architecture

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 10+ years of overall technical experience, working with ERP systems in an enterprise level environment
- 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation and solution design experience
- Expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, and Security
- Experience leading large-scale Workday deployments
- Required Workday Certification(s)
