Responsibilities
Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders on additional product or experience opportunities.
Participate in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
Perform analysis and work that will support recommendations on product and process enhancements.
Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product and experience strategy.
Contribute to the achievement of short- and long-term strategies to achieve product and experience goals for the UMP journey.
Own the product backlog (including author, test, and accept stories), contribute towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
Be an expert facilitator of digital product inceptions, ensuring appropriate KPIs, focus, and iterative deliverables with a bias for acceleration Expertly negotiate iterative delivery and sequencing within backlog.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a backlog (in agility or similar tools) of products for a digital product team
A minimum of 1 years’ experience with customer facing applications/products
Experience with Agile methodologies, developing and delivering product value via an enterprise-level XP framework
