About the role
- Join the largest nursing home operator in Germany as a Gerontopsychiatrische Fachkraft. Providing individualized nursing care and ensuring quality of care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Individual basic and therapeutic nursing care and gerontopsychiatric care of residents
- Individual support and activating daily activities tailored to residents' needs
- Documentation of the nursing process (medication administration, care logs, etc.)
- Ensuring the quality of care in collaboration with the team
- Providing a listening ear for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity / IT literacy
