About the role

Requirements
- Qualified nurse (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse and/or registered health and nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Basic IT affinity/skills
