About the role

Responsibilities
- You provide individual basic and treatment care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents, with dedication and professional competence.
- You prioritize individualized support and organize an activating daily routine tailored to residents’ needs, with appropriate consideration of gerontopsychiatric conditions.
- You document the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records, etc.).
- Together with the on-site team you play a key role in ensuring the quality of care.
- As an expert in your field you are always available to listen to residents and their relatives.
Requirements
- You hold a recognized qualification as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing care nurse, and have additional training in gerontopsychiatry.
- You are a team player with empathy in your interactions with residents and colleagues.
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and have a good sense of humor — so do we!
- You are willing to work across all shifts; if not, we will try to find a suitable solution.
- You have a basic affinity for IT and are comfortable working with digital systems.
