About the role

Requirements
- Qualified as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse, and/or health and nursing professional
- Additional training in gerontopsychiatry
- Empathy in interactions with residents and colleagues
- Willingness to work across all shifts
- Affinity for IT and basic familiarity with digital systems
