About the role
- Manager of Technology Operations in Walmart's Marketplace Payments & Financial Services team. Leading the development of B2B payment solutions and scaling products across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and launch product solutions for US Seller Wallets and International Seller Wallets.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and track product performance to gain actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams across tech, UX, legal, compliance, servicing teams.
- Manage third-party partnerships to deliver best-in-class products.
- Analyze transaction trends and seller behaviors to recommend enhancements for product features.
- Define and track KPIs, lead business reviews, and identify drivers for product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in Science, Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains
- SQL proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity.
