About the role

  • Hitting the Streets: You’ll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed.
  • Building Rapport: Engage with potential customers, listen to, and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.
  • Demonstrating Value: Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product’s benefits.
  • Close sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot.
  • Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you’ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of previous sales or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in telecommunications sales is a plus.
  • Outgoing and Personable: You enjoy talking to new people and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
  • Self-motivated: You have a strong work ethic and are driven by success.
  • Energetic and Enthusiastic: Your positive attitude is contagious, bringing energy to every interaction.
  • Goal-oriented: You’re not just looking for a job! You want to build a career and strive to make a six-figure income doing it.
  • Adaptable: Every day is different, and you’re ready to tackle new challenges and opportunities as they come.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
