About the role

  • Account Executive supporting Dutch-speaking small and medium-sized businesses in Barcelona. Mastering an innovative advertising platform to help grow SMBs while enjoying a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect high-potential accounts through cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the very first pitch to closing the deal.
  • Present tailored ad strategies—including Video and Shopping ads—that match client objectives.
  • Maintain and expand your own portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term revenue growth.
  • Turn data and insights into compelling narratives that show our true value.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and identify new upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and collaborate closely with the lead generation team.

Requirements

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and excellent English (C1).
  • Previous experience in digital ad sales or B2B account management.
  • Proven ability to self-prospect, negotiate, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and analyzing customer data.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google Ads, or similar is a huge plus!
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and a history of hitting those revenue targets.
