Responsibilities
Support the diagnosis of development needs and the implementation of L&D actions and programs;
Map competencies across the team to propose learning solutions;
Organize and conduct onboarding for new employees;
Assist in the maintenance and management of corporate learning platforms (e.g., Alura);
Support the coordination of internal and external training sessions;
Monitor area indicators (KPIs) and contribute to improvements;
Collaborate to strengthen the organizational culture and company values.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office package);
Good communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Interest in corporate education and people development.
