About the role

  • Customer Success Consultant at Aliant focusing on client renewals for efficient service delivery ensuring satisfaction. Engaging with clients and managing contract renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients during the contract renewal period, ensuring predictability and efficiency in the process.
  • Proactively contact clients approaching contract expiration to present renewal proposals and negotiate, clarifying all terms and conditions.
  • Review and adjust contractual documents related to renewals, such as addendums, terms, and clause updates.
  • Evaluate the client's history, current situation, and needs to conduct negotiations aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Record all renewal progress in internal systems, maintaining organized and traceable records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Support to resolve issues that impact the contractual process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent deadline management, essential for the renewal cycle.
  • Clear communication, conciseness, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and propose alternatives aligned with both the client and the company.
  • Analytical, results-oriented profile with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Experience with the renewal process.
  • Previous experience in client service, preferably B2B.
  • Experience or knowledge in drafting and reviewing contracts and addendums, including attention to detail, basic legal language, and clause adaptation.
  • Previous experience in renewal, retention, customer service, or administrative/commercial areas.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot).
  • Fluent in English or Spanish.
